If you've seen a lower advertised price from another website on our Canopies with shipping with the same item in stock, we want to know about it. Bring it to our attention at hutlive@hutshop.com, and we'll gladly beat their price by 10% of the difference. Our policy applies only to current advertised prices. It does not apply to special offers or promotions, including rebates, free-with-purchase offers, any future or past discount prices, paid membership clubs, and special financing.

Fast Delivery 

HutShop operates a state-of-the-art warehouse and distribution center to ensure that your order is shipped quickly and accurately. Credit-approved orders are usually shipped the same day they are placed, Fast, economical and reliable UPS shipping is available. Most orders are received in 1-5 days. Orders that weight 100 lbs or more may be trucked with freight lines and can take up to 2 weeks.

HutShop Sales Staff go thru one of the industry's most comprehensive training programs. All newly hired sales people must complete a 4-week program of vendor-sponsored product training and HutShop sales and system training. Classroom training is followed by two to four months of hands-on sales experience.

Our Hassle-Free Guarantee Return Policy

Hutshop has a 30 day satisfaction guarantee policy. We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If there is a problem with your purchase the item must be returned within 30 days of the purchase. After 30 days issues will be addressed through the manufacturer's warranty.

Returns are simple just print this return form and return the item to us (without the return form the returns department may not be able to process your return).

Items must be in new, unused and in resalable condition and in its original packaging. All returned items will incur a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping is not refundable. If you received a prepaid return label from customer service, the cost of the return shipping is deducted from the refund. Items that have obvious signs of use will receive up to 70% of the items price. Items that are not in its original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts will receive up to 70% of item's price.

Custom items cannot be returned.

All refused shipment will be charged Shipping.

Cancelled orders will incur a 15% restocking fee.

Wind/Weather or Customer Damage will not be covered under our returned policy OR the manufacturer's warranty.

Damaged Items: If your shipment is damaged during shipping, a claim must be made within 5 days of receipt. Please open your package and inspect upon receipt. If a package arrives damaged please save all packing materials and contact us immediately.

Missing Items or Damaged Canopies: If your canopy arrives damaged, we will replace the parts that are damaged. If the customer elects not to receive parts and to ship the unit back for a replacement frame the customer will incur all shipping fees. After 5 days, we are not responsible for missing items from order.
