Our Hassle-Free Guarantee Return Policy
Hutshop has a 30 day satisfaction guarantee policy. We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If there is a problem with your purchase the item must be returned within 30 days of the purchase. After 30 days issues will be addressed through the manufacturer's warranty.
Returns are simple just print this
return form and return the item to us (without the return form the returns department may not be able to process your return).
Items must be in new, unused and in resalable condition and in its original packaging. All returned items will incur a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping is not refundable. If you received a prepaid return label from customer service, the cost of the return shipping is deducted from the refund. Items that have obvious signs of use will receive up to 70% of the items price. Items that are not in its original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts will receive up to 70% of item's price.
Custom items cannot be returned.
All refused shipment will be charged Shipping.
Cancelled orders will incur a 15% restocking fee.Wind/Weather or Customer Damage will not be covered under our returned policy OR the manufacturer's warranty.
Damaged Items: If your shipment is damaged during shipping, a claim must be made within 5 days of receipt. Please open your package and inspect upon receipt. If a package arrives damaged please save all packing materials and contact us immediately.
Missing Items or Damaged Canopies: If your canopy arrives damaged, we will replace the parts that are damaged. If the customer elects not to receive parts and to ship the unit back for a replacement frame the customer will incur all shipping fees. After 5 days, we are not responsible for missing items from order.
